A reservation backend for a 5-room independent guesthouse. Cloudflare Workers + Hono. Google Calendar is the single source of truth, driven via a service-account REST integration. Airbnb iCal is synced every 15 minutes by cron, structurally preventing double bookings. LINE push notifications plus a 7am daily arrivals summary. Per-room iCal feeds and an admin pricing endpoint. Migrated off the prior GAS implementation while keeping a one-variable rollback path.
